Delete Your Account

App: PiedGraph (com.piedgraph.piedgraph)

You can delete your PiedGraph account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — from inside the app, or by asking us directly if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — delete from the app

Open PiedGraph and make sure you are signed in.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion begins immediately and removes your account along with the data listed below. You do not need to contact us.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your PiedGraph account:

Subject: Delete my PiedGraph account

Please send this from the email address you registered with, so we can confirm the request is yours. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile record, including your display name and email address.
Every photo you published, including the images stored on our servers and any before/after images.
Your published edit pathways ("pipelines") that are tied to your account.
Your profile picture, if you set one.

This data is deleted outright. It is not archived or kept in a recoverable form, and deletion cannot be undone.

What is not affected

Photos on your own device. Anything saved to your phone's gallery belongs to you and stays there. Deleting your account does not touch it — remove those yourself if you want them gone.
Copies other people already saved. If another user downloaded or shared one of your published photos before deletion, we cannot recall their copy.

Data we may retain

We do not keep a copy of your account or photos after deletion. Routine server logs held by our hosting provider (Google Firebase) may briefly contain technical records such as IP addresses and request timestamps; these expire automatically and are not used to identify you or to rebuild a deleted account.

If we are legally required to retain something specific, we will tell you what and why when we confirm your deletion.
